Ilaria graduated in Law (with honours) in 2014 at the University of Genoa with a final dissertation on Administrative Law on the limits to buildability.

Directly after qualification as a lawyer she worked as a trainee in a renowned civil law firm where she gained experience in civil litigation and contractual matters.She obtained her professional qualification in 2017 and joined Studio Camera Vernetti in 2019 where she has been acquiring experience in litigation and ADR in marine cargo and hull insurance, transport and yachts matters.

In 2022 she gained a diploma in air cargo claims from University of Verona.
