Martina received her law degree in 2012 from the University of Genoa with a final research thesis on European Union Law.
As part of her undergraduate studies, she spent the fourth year of her degree in England, at University College London (UCL).

After her studies, she carried out part of her legal practical experience at a renowned civil law firm, gaining experience in enforcement proceedings, debt collection, and bankruptcy procedures — then completed it at SLCV.
During the course of her legal practical experience, she also received a diploma from the School of Specialization in Legal Professions in Milan and Pavia.

She earned her professional degree in 2016. She also became a member of AIDIM, and she is on the editorial board of “LEXTRASPORTI” magazine, where she is regularly published.

She gained considerable experience in litigation and in the management of non-judicial claims regarding yacht-related issues, such as disputes arising from claims, charter contracts, sale and purchase, insurance and reinsurance matters, including the drafting of related contracts.

Furthermore, she has experience in matters relating to cargo claims and related contractual and insurance disputes. Lastly, she has also gained experience in the management of insurance disputes concerning H&M matters and claims.

In 2022 she gained a diploma in air cargo claims from University of Verona and an “Advanced Certificate in Managing Sanctions Risk” from International Compliance Association (ICA).

She joined Studio Legale Camera Vernetti in 2015.
